Birthday Fishes

I arrived home today to find my new Papertrey order waiting at the door for me.  How's that for a great Friday?!
This card features PTI's new set Pond Life, as well as their two new colors, summer sunrise and lemon tart.  The card is a 4.25" square with a base of kraft cardstock.  I stamped the fish images in different PTI inks and used diamond stickles on the bubbles.  I'm still determined to dust off neglected items in my craft room, so I pulled out my CM 1.5" square punch and my SU 1.25" square punch to create the focal pieces.  I stamped the sentiment in basic black and used another dusty item - my SU word window punch - to shape the sentiment.  The blue layer has a little story to it - I was trying to save energy by limiting the number of lamps lit in my craft room.  I thought this was aqua mist...it's cool caribbean!  I ran it through my Big Kick using the Cuttlebug bubbles embossing folder and just went with it.  Everything was assembled with either double-stick tape or glue dots, and the sentiment is propped up with foam dimensionals.  Thanks for stopping by.  Lots of crafting time scheduled for tomorrow so I'm hopeful I'll have a few cool things to share.
