The Little Bud

Hello! How are you doing this morning? All is well here. Not much new to report but I think that might be a good thing!!! As for today's card, this is a part of a set that I've been working on for some time. (It may not look like it, I know!) My sister has a 9yr. old miniature dachshund named Buddy. He's quite the older man at this point, and he has many quirks, but he has a special place in our extended family. So when I came across Kim Hughes' Little Gal set and found this stamp in there I just had to get it. Buddy is black and tan, hence the color choices. And check out the embossing - I'm trying to be clever. Dachshunds are hounds so I used the houndstooth folder. Ouch! I pulled my shoulder while patting myself on the back.
